Terrible is the only word I can use. My husband is a veteran and was referred to Jones for severe back pain. Our appointment time was at 9 and we showed up at 8:45 to fill out paperwork. The receptionist did not even greet us. 5-10 minutes later, I went up to ask if we needed to fill out paperwork. She said she was working on a new patient at that moment. It would have been nice for her to at least say that to is when we walked in. We waited a few minutes more to get the paperwork. We filled it out and the wait began. 45 min past his appointment time I asked what was going on. I was told that they have three doctors but only 1 exam room. They scheduled another new patient at 8:30 and was not sure how long it would take. It could be 15 min or an hour! Ridiculous! Why schedule an appointment time and not be able to follow through? Why schedule two patients so close together when you only have one exam room.? I am sure they know how long an average patient takes. We cancelled and walked out. We called Tri-West and the VA to tell them not to use them and request another doctor. Terrible patient service! Terrible receptionists! I would not recommend them.
